Based in Oklahoma City, Ala Therapy Collective offers online therapy for clients throughout Oklahoma and beyond to help you live your most expansive life.

Four women laughing and enjoying each other's company in a cozy, library-like room with dark walls, bookshelves, and framed art. They are seated or standing around a leather armchair, dressed in elegant dresses.

Ala Therapy Collective is a diverse team of some pretty darn cool and skilled therapists (if we can say so ourselves!) who offer affirming, individualized therapy to meet your unique needs.

Let’s start by saying the quiet part out loud.

Yes, we’re a group practice, but we’re not a therapy mill.

And you’ll never be just a number to us. Personalized care will ALWAYS be our priority.

A stylized bird with colorful wings and a long tail, surrounded by a radiant halo, with the text 'therapy for an expansive life' curved underneath.

Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your whole family – we can help. And if you need regular degular therapy, specific services like EMDR, or psychological evaluations for immigration, we can do that, too.

We offer something for everyone without sacrificing the quality of care.

How great is that?

Ala (pronounced AY-LA) means wing, and each therapist in our collective is like a feather in that wing, working together to be part of a greater whole.

And the most important mission of our flock? To help you take flight toward the life you want – and deserve.

We’re proud to be a team of social workers dedicated to social justice and seeing the bigger picture. The structural stuff affects us as individuals, and we understand that.

Ala Therapy is an allied, affirming, and safe space for you.

Are you a social worker looking to join a supportive flock?

We’d love to hear from you!

Ala Therapy Collective is a group private practice composed exclusively of social workers, which means you’ll be part of a supportive team of highly-educated, skilled clinicians, while running your practice and securing clients independently. Our practice is based on trust and transparency, so there’s no micro-managing to be found here.

We care about our collective members as deeply as our clients. You’ll receive a livable wage, medical and dental insurance, and supervision, as well as branding and marketing support!

Can we help your practice take flight?
